Beverly Delenela has extensive experience in customer service and support across various industries. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at CyberActive Inc since September 2017, Beverly previously worked at AN& Associates and progressed from a Home Based Worker to Level 2 Customer Service Representative in a short span. Prior experience includes roles as an Insurance Agent at Versatel Marketing, a Customer Service Representative at Convergys where Beverly also took on supervisory responsibilities, and positions at Aegis People Support and Sitel. Beverly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Baguio, completed in 1999.
