Chris Nelson, PE has extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Chris currently holds the position of Director of Software Engineering at CyberReef since 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Engineering at Ithos Global from 2020 to 2020, where they oversaw projects, revised policies, and managed IT service providers.

From 2018 to 2020, Chris worked as a Software Development Manager at Auto/Mate Dealership Systems. In this role, they managed a team of developers, prioritized work, and led a major project to improve the accounting system.

From 2004 to 2015, Chris served as a Software Engineering Manager at Red Lion Controls, where they created and developed the software engineering group and managed software and firmware development for industrial control and networking applications.

Chris also has experience as a Technical Writer in freelance roles from 1984 to 2005. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant at GE Fanuc from 2002 to 2004 and again from 1993 to 1997. Chris began their career as a Programmer at GE Energy in 1991.
