Eduard B. is a seasoned technology and cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Technology Consulting and a Member of the Board of Advisors at CYBER RANGES since October 2019, and as Chief Technology Officer at Silensec since September 2023, Eduard has demonstrated expertise in MSSP/SOC technologies and services consulting. Previously, Eduard held the position of CISO and IT&C Infrastructure Director at CEC Bank, where responsibilities included building a Cyber SOC, designing cloud strategy, and transforming IT infrastructure. Eduard's career also includes significant roles in cybersecurity management and consulting at Managed Cyber Security Services, Blue Cyber Team, PwC Romania, Microsoft, UniCredit Bank Romania, and protecting national critical infrastructures at the ICT Department - National Security. Eduard holds an Engineer's Degree in IT&C from the Military Communications Institute, postgraduate studies in Management from the National Intelligence Academy, and additional education from ETH Zürich and the European Academy for Taxes, Economics & Law.
