Joanne O. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and cyber security awareness. Currently serving as the Chair of the Cyber Ireland Talent Forum since October 2024 and as the Founder of the National Cyber Security Awareness Taskforce of Ireland at Cyber Awareness Ireland, Joanne O. has played a pivotal role in shaping talent strategies and promoting cyber security initiatives. In a long-standing career at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, commencing in February 2010, Joanne O. has held multiple key positions, including Senior Manager for People & Organizational Development and Cyber Security Awareness Training Program Manager. Previous work experience includes a critical role as Critical Event Manager at Hewlett-Packard and contributions to the Cyber Ireland board from April 2019 to April 2023. Joanne O. holds a Master's degree in Instructional Design & eLearning Development from Munster Technological University and various diplomas in Project Management and Business Studies from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
