Ryan I. serves as the Security Operations Center Manager at Cyber Florida: The Florida Center for Cybersecurity since October 2022 and holds positions as an Adjunct Instructor at both the University of Arizona and Liberty University, alongside teaching at St. Petersburg College. With extensive experience in cybersecurity, Ryan I. previously worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Digital Forensics and Incident Response and held various roles at Hillsborough County, including Division Director of Cyber Security and Interim Chief Information Security Officer. Formal education includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Cyber Defense (2020-2025) from Dakota State University, alongside a Master's in Digital Forensics from the University of Central Florida and a BAS in Technology Management with a focus on Information Security Assurance.
