Rafay Baloch is an experienced cybersecurity professional specializing in application security and incident response. Currently serving as the Application Security Lead at Cyber Citadel since September 2021, Rafay conducts penetration testing across web, mobile, and infrastructure platforms, while also leading automation initiatives for SAST and DAST testing. Previously, as a Lead Penetration Tester at Cyber Citadel from September 2018 to September 2020, Rafay designed mechanisms to enhance vulnerability detection and authored key risk assessment documents. Earlier experience as a Cyber Security Engineer at Global Eagle involved leading pentesting initiatives and conducting audits based on recognized standards for maritime clients. Rafay holds a Master's degree in Cyber Security and Forensics from the University of Westminster.
