William Muir has held a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Freelance Web Designer/Developer at MrMuir, providing web development and consultation, CMS customizations for Wordpresss and Drupal, and graphic design. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Ve Interactive as both a Director of Technical Services and a Senior Front End Developer. In this role, they managed a team of 16 and worked with Rich Internet Applications to provide fast and dynamic deployment of products. William also maintained and implemented abandonment products for eccomerce, utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. In 2017, they moved to Cybba Inc. where they currently serve as the Director of Technical Services.

William Muir obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Web Design and Interactive Media from The New England Institute of Art in 2013. William also holds a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance, obtained in July 2022, and a Web Master certification from W3C.
