Ari Montgomery has a diverse professional background encompassing talent acquisition, acting, and administrative roles. Currently an Actor Model at Ryan Artists since October 2017, Ari also served as Director of Talent Acquisition & DE&I at Treasury Prime from July 2021 to September 2023, where efforts focused on modernizing API banking systems. Prior experiences include positions as Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at Smarsh, Technical Recruiter at VanderHouwen, and Child Support Case Manager at the Oregon Department of Justice. Ari's early career featured roles in acting and modeling, including representation by Arthouse Talent & Literary and multiple appearances in commercials and films. A Bachelor of Arts in Psychology was obtained from Portland State University, complemented by various leadership and organizational roles in nonprofit organizations.
