Joe Rice currently serves as the CEO of CXponent, a company specializing in IT Sourcing Advisory and Deployment Services tailored for mid-market businesses. In addition to this role, Joe is an active board member of the Midwest Contact Center Association and a member of the EO Chicago Chapter. Joe previously co-founded and held the positions of COO and CFO at ACLIVITI, where significant financial advisement and implementation of IT services were achieved. Joe has garnered extensive experience in strategic partnerships at AVANT Communications and in account management at CenturyLink and AT&T. Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has completed various executive education programs, including at The Junto Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership.
