Darren Morris has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Darren started their career in 1994 at Robert Walters, where they held various positions and played a pivotal role in establishing and growing the Australian operation. Darren then worked at Hewitt Associates in 2001 on an executive contract. From 2001 to 2004, they served as the General Manager ANZ at Manpower, where they successfully turned around the IT division and led in winning major new accounts. Darren was also a board member at ITCRA during that time. From 2004 to 2008, Darren worked as a Director at Capital Consulting. In 2005, they joined American Express as the Head of Talent Acquisition UK. In 2008, they joined Alexander Mann Solutions as the Director Asia Pacific. Darren then co-founded ResourcingCRM in 2009 and served as the CEO, leading the rapid business growth through sales and strategic client relationships. Darren also worked at Hudson RPO from 2011 to 2014, holding roles such as Global Head of Implementation & Innovation and Program Director for Macquarie Group. Darren is currently the Managing Director ANZ at CXC Global, responsible for sales, strategy, business development, partner management, product development, and meeting operational and financial targets.
Darren Morris attended the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) in 2002, where they completed an Executive Programme in the field of study. Darren also pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geoscience at The Australian National University.
