Katarina Exerman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the travel and tourism industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Counselor Support at CWT since June 2010, Katarina has also held roles such as Products and Optimization Manager for the Nordics, Operations Manager, and Team Leader of Quality Support in Stockholm. Prior to CWT, Katarina worked at Orbitz Worldwide from 2000 to July 2010 as an Air Product Assistant for MrJet and ebookers Scandinavia ab, and held positions at Airways Net as Ticketing Manager and Team Leader, and at Biljettakuten as a Travel Consultant. Education includes a recent degree in Digital Transformation from Teknikhögskolan, alongside various programs from Changemaker Educations and Affärshögskolan, as well as an Associate Diploma in Travel and Tourism from William Angliss College.
