Anurag Chopra possesses extensive experience in the fields of customer implementation, IT, and business intelligence, currently serving as the Director of Customer Implementation for the APAC region at CWT. Prior roles include leadership positions at Fursan Travel, where responsibilities encompassed IT and business intelligence, and multiple managerial roles at Carlson Wagonlit Travel focusing on business intelligence and reporting. Anurag began a career in customer support and telesales with Arvato Services and Vanguard Infosolutions. Anurag holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal University and a degree from Delhi University.
