Melanie Caduhada, MBA, currently serves as the Sales Manager for North America and LATAM at CWF, a leader in premium and luxury kidswear fashion. Melanie has a robust background in sales management, having previously held the position of Director of Wholesale and Ecommerce at Guidecraft and Sales Director for Wholesale Ecommerce and Department Stores at ALEX AND ANI, where revenue goals of $30M were surpassed. As Sales Director for Key Accounts in North America at UNOde50, Melanie developed a go-to-market strategy that established significant partnerships and generated a $10M business within two years. Melanie began their career as a National Account Manager with Safavieh Home Furnishings, leveraging relationships with major retailers to expand product categories.
