Chris Castillo has extensive experience in business technology consulting and IT solutions, currently serving as an Authorized Dealer at Feniex Industries since May 2021. As CEO of CwCastle Associates since January 1999, Chris has developed custom IT and telecom solutions for various sectors, including small to mid-size businesses, healthcare, and nonprofits. Previous roles include Partner at Microsoft from January 2004 to September 2021, Authorized Dealer for TouchBistro, and Certified Partner for snom technology AG. Chris has also provided IT consulting services to organizations such as Door Store Furniture and Kimberly Hall Creative. Early career experience includes roles at the US Department of Homeland Security and US Customs, along with teaching EMS courses as an EMT Trainer at John Jay College. Educational background includes training at the Federal Law Enforcement Center and an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College (CUNY).
