Don Wier is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in designing and managing complex engineering projects. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager at C&W DustTech since May 2018, Don specializes in designing custom dust collection systems aimed at enhancing worker and environmental health. Previous roles include Senior Mechanical Engineer at CAGE Inc. and Engineering Manager positions at FTI Industries and Hensly Corp., among others. Don's career spans several organizations, including Andritz Separation and Dana Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from mechanical design reviews to supervising engineering teams.
