Mauricio Dueñas has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mauricio started their career at ITS InfoCom in 2005 as a First Level Engineering. From there, they moved to Digicel Group, where they held various roles, including Interconnect Analyst, Senior Interconnect Analyst, Carrier Services Chief, and finally Product and Carrier Services Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for managing products and services, analyzing customer consumption behaviors, and coordinating with national and international operators. Mauricio then joined C&W Business in 2018 as a Coordinador de Servicios, and later became the Senior Customer Service Manager, overseeing technical operations and post-sales support for top clients.
