Musab Balbale serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer at CVS Health since February 2022, overseeing the development and execution of the CVS Front Store strategy, including merchandising and omni-channel operations. Prior to this role, Musab held various prestigious positions at Walmart, where responsibilities included Vice President of Merchandising for Stores and Digital in Beauty and Vice President and General Manager of eCommerce Health, Beauty, Wellness, and Pharmacy. Musab's experience also includes leadership roles at Jet.com as Vice President and General Manager of Pet, and at The Vitamin Shoppe, where the successful launch of Canadian operations and management of international franchise units were key achievements. Earlier career experience includes sourcing and executing growth equity investments at Summit Partners, and strategic roles at Charles Schwab and The Boston Consulting Group. Musab holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Yale University.
