Maureen Shea is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources transformation and strategic vendor management. Currently serving as Vice President of HR Transformation at CVS Health since July 2019, Maureen oversees HR Vendor Governance, Contracts, and Finance, while also acting as a strategic partner for business stakeholders. In a previous role as Interim Head of Benefits, Maureen was instrumental in designing and implementing competitive Health & Welfare, Wellbeing, and Retirement Plans. Prior to CVS Health, Maureen held significant positions at Alight Solutions, Hewitt Associates, Aon, JCPenney, and The Boston Five Cents Savings Bank, demonstrating a robust background in account management and benefits administration. Maureen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
