Holly Jensen is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in the retail sector. Currently serving as the Lead Director of Real Estate at CVS Health since March 2017, Holly focuses on strategy, negotiation, and expansion in California and Hawaii, overseeing real estate activities for over 19 million square feet of drugstores. Prior roles include Director of Real Estate at Smart & Final, where Holly successfully secured locations for the Smart & Final - Extra! concept across various counties, as well as a Real Estate Broker at Jensen Real Estate Advisors and Director of Real Estate - West at RITE AID, managing numerous drug store deals in Southern California. Holly's career began at CBRE, supporting the expansion of CVS Pharmacy, and also includes experience in leasing, asset management, and executive recruitment. Holly holds a BA in Psychology with a Leadership minor from the University of San Diego and has participated in leadership programs at CVS Health and Smart & Final.
