Ron Alexander has extensive experience in the energy sector, having worked at CVR Energy, Inc. since April 1980. Initially starting as an Operator, Ron advanced to the positions of Lead Operator and Job Documentation Coordinator/Unit Trainer, responsible for creating procedures, training manuals, and testing materials for various operations units, including HDS units and boiler water treatment. Prior to CVR Energy, Ron worked at Farmland/CVREnergy from April 1980 to January 2010, where responsibilities included operational roles from helper to Lead Operator, accumulating over thirty years of experience in the field. Ron holds an Associate of Arts degree from NCCJC, completed between 1969 and 1971.
