Mateusz J. Siniakiewicz is a co-founder and Head of Product at CVING, a recruitment service that streamlines the hiring process with features such as on-demand video interviews and personality tests. With experience as a UX/UI designer and co-founder at HR City Hub from 2017 to September 2020, Siniakiewicz also served on the Board of Directors at Zetmaus from 2012 to 2016. Earlier roles include Web Designer and Visual Designer at Tonidigregio and External Graphic Designer. Educational background includes professional specialization in Graphic Design from Scuola Internazionale di Comics and an artistic diploma in Architecture and Furnishing from Istituto Statale d'Arte di Fermo. Siniakiewicz is currently pursuing education at the Interaction Design Foundation.
