Coleen Dunsmuir has over a decade of experience in customer service management. Since February 2016, Coleen has served as the Customer Service Center Manager at CVGT Australia, where expertise in overseeing operations and enhancing customer experience is evident. Prior to this role, Coleen worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Serco from July 2010 to November 2015, where skills in customer relations and support were developed and honed.
