Zakya Ben Ali has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Zakya is currently the Director of Construction, EPC, and Procurement at CVE (Changing Visions of Energy), a renewable energy producer. Prior to this, they held the positions of Head of Construction and Senior Project Manager at the same company.
Before joining CVE, Zakya worked as a Senior Program Manager at Al Khonji Holding Group, a trading organization involved in real estate development, construction, and healthcare. Zakya was responsible for optimizing market entry positioning and managing the design and business plans for several innovative projects.
Zakya also has experience as a Project Director at the French School Board of Directors - AEFE, where they oversaw the development of a new campus. Zakya coordinated stakeholders, managed the financial setup, supervised architects and contractors, and handled various aspects of the project from design to handover.
Prior to these roles, Zakya worked in Sales and Tendering Management at Alstom Power, where they handled international electrical balance of plant projects. Zakya also served as a Tendering and Project Manager at Eiffage, managing turnkey substation projects. Additionally, they worked as a Project Engineer at Colas Rail, where they gained experience in site management and engineering.

Zakya Ben Ali obtained an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, Zakya has obtained various certifications in fields such as economics, virtual meetings, strategic partnerships, business strategy and analysis, process improvement, sustainability strategies, program management, business analysis, and collaboration between business analysts and project managers.
