JoLynn Kullhem has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. JoLynn started their career in 2000 as a Casework Specialist IV at the Wyoming Department of Family Services, where they supported children and families in difficult situations. After that, they worked at SkyWest Airlines as a Certified Station Trainer from 2007 to 2008. From 2012 to 2016, they served as Acting Administrator and Director of Human Resources at Aitkin Health Services, overseeing the budget, staff, and regulatory requirements of a skilled nursing facility. JoLynn then worked as an Agent at New York Life Insurance Company for a brief period in 2016. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Staff Recruiter at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center before transitioning to the role of Quality Management Analyst, where they focused on healthcare data analytics and process improvement until 2021. In 2021, they became a Technical Program Quality Management Specialist at the same organization. Currently, JoLynn Kullhem is the Human Resources Director at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center, where they lead the HR department and collaborates on strategy and team development. JoLynn ensures that the organization's people strategies, programs, and operations are aligned with its needs and priorities, and they guide the creation of a culture that emphasizes employee and patient satisfaction.
JoLynn Kullhem holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the W. P. Carey School of Business – Arizona State University, which they earned from 2007 to 2009. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota, completing their studies from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, JoLynn Kullhem has also acquired additional certifications. JoLynn obtained the People Analytics Specialty Credential from SHRM in July 2023 and completed the Cybersecurity Boot Camp at the University of Minnesota in December 2021.
