Tekisha Ruffin is a seasoned professional in resident services and event planning, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Resident Services at Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority since January 2011. Ruffin also holds the position of Resident Services Administrator within the same organization. In addition, Ruffin has been an Event Planner for The Ultimate Experience since 2006 and previously worked as an Operations Manager and Management Consultant at Superior Consulting from 2010 to 2011. Educationally, Ruffin earned a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) focusing on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Cleveland State University between 2000 and 2002, following a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the same institution completed in 2000.
