Cynthia Leitson

Cynthia Leitson is currently the VP of Capital Construction & Facilities at Cuyahoga Community College. Cynthia has over 20 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.

Leitson began their career as a sourcing specialist at Alliedsignal/Honeywell in 1991. Cynthia was quickly promoted to manager and then director of global purchasing at TRW in 1998. In 2001, they joined Avery Dennison Specialty Tape Div as the director of procurement and continuous improvement.

In 2006, Leitson joined the Cleveland Clinic as the senior director of purchasing. In this role, they were responsible for managing a $600M+ budget for nonclinical purchasing and capital equipment. Cynthia served in this role for four years before joining Cuyahoga Community College in 2010.

Cynthia Leitson has a Bachelors of Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
