Cecilia Kaltz is an experienced leader in outreach, retention, and engagement, currently serving as the Director of Outreach, Retention and Engagement at Cuyahoga Community College since July 2023. Prior to this role, Kaltz worked as Principal for Policy Partnerships at GoGuardian, where key responsibilities included managing strategic partnerships and enhancing privacy in product development. At The Cleveland Browns Foundation, Kaltz held the Director position, directing strategic relationships and managing significant funding initiatives. Kaltz's earlier roles included Manager at the same foundation, and positions as Policy Specialist in the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Education and Consultant with the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. Kaltz's educational background includes a Master of Public Policy from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
