Rukshan Wickramasinghe has three years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Software Engineer for Cut+Dry. In 2020, they worked as an Engineer - Data Science for MillenniumIT ESP. In 2018, they worked as a Research Assistant for Nanyang Technological University.

Rukshan Wickramasinghe completed their Bachelor of Science in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Moratuwa between 2015 and 2020. Prior to that, they had obtained their G.C.E. Advanced Level in Physical Sciences from Maliyadeva College between 2009 and 2011. In addition, Rukshan has obtained several certifications from institutions such as HackerRank, Coursera, and Udemy, including a Sri Lanka IoT Challenge 2019 - 1st Runner up certificate from the Institute of Engineers Sri Lanka in October 2019.
