Rafael Moiseev began their education in 2001 at York University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Psychology. Rafael attended York University from 2001 to 2005. In 2005, they furthered their education at Tel Aviv University, specializing in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution. Rafael studied at Tel Aviv University for one year, completing their studies in 2006. Following their time at Tel Aviv University, Rafael Moiseev enrolled in Norwich University in 2007 to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, focusing on Marketing and Operations. Rafael successfully completed their MBA studies in 2010.
