Kira Tchernikovsky is a seasoned marketing professional and the Co-Founder and CMO of Customerization since January 2021, specializing in CRM and marketing leadership across various industries. Kira has also served as a mentor for business process automation and digital marketing with the Toronto Region Board of Trade and as an external consultant for BDC, focusing on revenue growth for Ontario businesses. Previously, Kira held significant roles at HSBC, Credorax, Dragonfish, and DSNR Media Group, where responsibilities included product marketing, head of global marketing, and search marketing management. Kira holds an M.A. in Information Science from Bar-Ilan University and a B.A. in Archival Studies from Ural Federal University.
