Cynthia Mars Tecala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and education. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at CVP since May 2005, Cynthia has previously worked as a Writing & Reading SAT Tutor at Huntington Learning Center from March 2006 to May 2012, a Staffing Supervisor at SPARKS Personnel Services from 2003 to 2005, a Client Relations Liaison at Diversity Training Group from 2002 to 2003, and an Assistant at the Women's Studies Research & Resource Center at George Mason University from 2001 to 2003. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Spanish Language & Literature from George Mason University, complemented by foundational education at Great Valley High School in Pennsylvania.
