Allyson Suydam, SHRM-CP, serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at CVP (Customer Value Partners) since March 2021, following a tenure as a Human Resources Generalist in the same organization. Prior to CVP, Allyson worked at The Village Church from November 2016 to March 2021, where responsibilities included developing personnel procedures and collaborating with leadership on HR objectives. Earlier experience includes serving as a Strategic Planning Coordinator at First Baptist Church of Ocala from August 2007 to September 2016, focusing on ministry planning and communications, and as a Project Consultant at UnitedHealth Group from October 1999 to June 2007, overseeing staffing and human resources for a large IT team. Allyson holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Women's Ministry Certificate from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
