Justine Poutre

Organisatrice CSN Café Montpellier at Customer Success Network

Justine Poutre is the CEO and Founder of Kare School, established in February 2022, which specializes in training future Customer Success Managers in France. Under Justine's leadership, the school offers a six-week program focused on equipping candidates with essential skills for the profession. Additionally, Justine organizes monthly Customer Success Network (CSN) cafés in Montpellier, aimed at creating a local support network and sharing best practices among customer service professionals. Justine has previously served as a Customer Success Manager at anaba and as an insurance manager at Gan Assurances and Allianz France, where substantial experience in client management and sales was developed. Justine began a career in management as Assistant Manager at Anti Aging Center and has held various roles in customer service within the retail sector. Justine holds a Licence in Law, Economics, and Management from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a BTS in Assistant Management from Lycée Guy Mollet.
