Alejandro Casas Da Silva has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alejandro started their career in 2007 as a Children Guide at Children Camping Los Cortijos, where they were responsible for organizing and conducting activities for children. Alejandro then worked as a Kitchen Porter at FoodMan, maintaining cafeteria cleanliness and serving food to students.
In 2012, Alejandro took on the role of Manager/Head Soccer Coach at St. Theodore Soccer Camps, where they taught soccer skills and encouraged good behavior among the participants. Concurrently, they also worked as a Security Office Assistant at Lindenwood University, where their responsibilities included selling parking decals, office maintenance, and handling emergencies.
Moving forward, Alejandro joined Unique Creations Company, Inc as an Account Executive in 2015. In this role, they focused on meeting and retaining clients, acquiring new business accounts, and attending business meetings for professional development. Alejandro also served as the Director of Operations for the Real Madrid Foundation Clinics in St. Louis, MO, USA, where they oversaw business development and marketing execution, budget oversight, and contract administration.
In 2016, Alejandro joined generation adidas international as a Global Sales Representative. Alejandro progressed to become a Global Business Development & Operations Manager, responsible for managing business development and operations on a global scale. Alejandro then assumed the role of Global Business Development Manager, where they played a key role in expanding the company's international presence.
In 2021, Alejandro transitioned to Uscreen as a Customer Success Manager, providing successful customer experiences for clients. Alejandro later joined Customer.io in 2023 in the same capacity.

Alejandro Casas Da Silva has a diverse education history. In 1996, they started their primary and high school education at Colegio Santo Tomas De Aquino, which they completed in 2005. Following this, from 2006 to 2009, they pursued their high school education at Colegio Don Bosco Altamira.
After completing high school, Alejandro attended ATEMA from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Auto Mechanic and Electric Mechanic, specializing in cars. However, they later shifted their focus to sports management.
In 2011, Alejandro enrolled at Lindenwood University and pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management until 2014. During this time, they also received their "E" Soccer Coaching License from the United States Soccer Federation.
In 2014, Alejandro further expanded their coaching expertise by earning a Nivel 1 "UEFA B" Football Coach certification from the Real Federaci贸n De F煤tbol de Madrid.
To enhance their professional skills, Alejandro completed additional certifications. In 2014, they obtained the "Concussion in Youth Sports Training for Coaches" certification from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Additionally, in 2016, they acquired the "Entrenador Personal y Fitness" certification from Cursos online - Instituto de Formaci贸n e Innovaci贸n Comercial - IFIC.
