Martin Ruiz

General Manager, Eagle Support Services at Customer Impact

Martin Ruiz is the current General Manager of Eagle Support Services at Customer Impact. Martin has over two years of experience in the intelligence and risk consulting industry.

Martin started their career as a Senior Project Coordinator Consultant at the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). There, they worked to strengthen food chains during the COVID-19 pandemic. Martin established dialogue tables with producers, merchants, buyers and local governments. Martin also identified COVID shocks along food production chains and designed counteracting policies for the Ministry to implement. In addition, Martin promoted the use of weather-predicting technologies and price forecasts among farmers to help them chose crops with higher prices and that would easily grow considering weather forecasts.

After their time at the FAO, Martin took on the role of Risk Consultant at Lantia Intelligence / Lantia Consultores. In this role, they constructed intelligence reports based on open sources. Martin outlined major security developments within Mexico and provided statistical analyses and risk maps of crimes and cybersecurity practices in all states and municipalities. The reports they created supported local governments' security and law enforcement policymaking.

Martin's experience in both the public and private sector has given him a well-rounded perspective on how to manage risk and create effective policies. This experience has made him an asset to Customer Impact, where they currently lead the Eagle Support Services team.

Martin Ruiz has a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from El Colegio de México, and a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Martin also has a High School Diploma from Universidad Panamericana.

A direct report to Martin Ruiz is and Ashley Wynn - Assistant Manager, Eagle Support Services. They work with Kristen Kirst - Project Manager, Daniel Price - COO, and Chris Reynolds - CFO & VP, Finance. Martin Ruiz reports to Scott Hiller, President.
