Donovan N. has extensive experience in the technology and customer service industry. Donovan started as a Technical Support Specialist at MOUNT HOREB TELEPHONE COMPANY in 1996 and worked their way up to becoming the Chief Technology Officer at CCS - Customer Contact Services in 2018. Along the way, they also founded TechFIT where they served as Founder, Services Manager, and vCIO for over a decade. Donovan has held various roles such as Technical Director and IT Assistant, showcasing their diverse skillset and expertise in the field.

Donovan N. attended Minneapolis College. In May 2022, they obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)².
