Adam Kasch, MBA, is an accomplished sourcing professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and procurement. Currently serving as Sourcing Director for Custom Truck One Source since June 2019, Adam has successfully launched eight new cranes and manages various NPD programs. Prior experience includes a role as VPI Sourcing Manager at Cummins Inc., where Adam oversaw sourcing strategies for high horsepower engine programs and managed over 450 components while training and mentoring sourcing specialists. Previous positions at Belcan Engineering and Butler International involved project coordination and engineering support, showcasing Adam's comprehensive expertise in product development and supply chain management. Adam holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor's degree in Management from the same institution, complemented by an Associate degree in Industrial Design and Drafting from Vincennes University.
