Julio Arias Rodríguez is an experienced Business Development Manager at Custom-Pak, Inc., focusing on business development in the Western U.S. since April 2015, with prior roles as Account Manager and Product Designer at the same company. Julio's background in product design and mold engineering has fostered a strong interest in business operations, highlighted by effective inter-functional coordination and relationship building. As a University Professor at Universidad Autónoma de Baja California since August 2017, Julio contributes to the Industrial Design program, promoting the role of industrial designers in regional development. Prior to this, Julio co-founded Studio Ludi, a design business, where responsibilities included customer engagement and operational coordination.
