Shawn Chartier has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Shawn co-founded and served as a board member for Custom Offsets, a well-known online brand, from 2013 to 2020. Additionally, they founded and served as a board member for Offset Garage, a custom vehicle building shop, starting in 2016. Shawn has also held board member positions at Fitment Industries, a leading aftermarket wheel fitment website, from 2017 onwards, as well as at SD Wheel Corp, a major player in custom wheel and tire sales, and Anthem Off-Road, a manufacturer of custom truck wheels, both from 2019 onwards. Prior to their ventures in the automotive industry, Shawn held leadership positions at ThedaCare, a healthcare organization, and Oshkosh Corporation, where they focused on operations, business intelligence, and value stream management.

Shawn Chartier completed their education from 1997 to 2001 at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management. Shawn then pursued a Master's degree in Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, graduating in 2010.
