Kirk Powell has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Kirk began their career at the Branding Iron Supper Club in 2006, starting as a server and eventually working their way up to assistant chef and serving. This experience cultivated their interest in understanding and serving the consumer. In 2014, Kirk joined Custom Offsets as a Marketing Associate and later transitioned into the role of Customer Service Specialist. Kirk acted as a liaison, providing product and service information and resolving issues for customers through email and phone communication. Kirk then progressed to become the Operations and Customer Service Lead and eventually the Operations and Customer Service Manager. In their most recent role as the Director of Customer Service, Kirk directed the strategic deployment of efficiency improvements, organizational culture, and lean management metrics to enhance customer experience. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Customer Experience at Custom Offsets.
Kirk Powell attended Viterbo University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
