Sarah Mijalli is an R&D Lab Technician at Custom Flavors since July 2019, bringing expertise in sensory science gained during a tenure as a Sensory Research Team Member at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from October 2016 to June 2019. Mijalli's experience includes supporting consumer sensory tests, managing ingredient procurement as a Purchasing Assistant, and developing pasta from Large White Lima Beans as an Undergraduate Researcher. Sarah also participated in a product development competition with MARS, demonstrating applied skills in real-world scenarios.
