Sanjila Dhar has over 15 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing. Currently, they work as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Custom Data Processing Inc. (CDP) since 2019. In this role, they are responsible for testing both web and desktop based software for the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for "Women, Infants, and Children" (WIC) Program. Sanjila works closely with developers, business analysts, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders using Agile Scrum methodology. Sanjila develops test cases, test strategies, and test plans, and deploys builds ready for QA.

Prior to CDP, Sanjila worked as a QA Analyst at Calypso Soft Inc. from 2018 to 2018, where they analyzed business requirement documents and created test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business rules.

From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a QA Analyst at DeVry Education Group, where they analyzed and decomposed business requirements, performed quality reviews on business requirements documents, and designed and documented resource requirements for testing environments.

Before that, they worked as a QA Analyst at Riverstar Software Solutions from 2007 to 2008, where they analyzed requirements documents, conducted manual testing, participated in technical reviews and code walkthroughs, and reported defects.

Sanjila also has experience as a Sr. Programmer at Accenture Technology Solutions from 2005 to 2007, where they actively participated in quality assurance and test automation processes for various web-based applications.

Sanjila started their career as a Marketing Engineer at Multiline Telecom Limited from 1995 to 1997 and also worked briefly as a Contractor at Sai Consultants in 2002.

Sanjila Dhar attended Kuvempu Vishwavidyanilaya from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Electronics and Communication (E&C). During the same period, they also attended B.I.E.T, completing a second Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Electronics and Communication.
