Robert van Bern has extensive experience in service delivery and team leadership, currently serving as Service Delivery Manager at Custom Connect since August 2015. Previously, Robert held roles including Teamleider VodafoneZiggo, Senior Agent, and Contactcenter Agent within the same company. Prior to Custom Connect, Robert completed an internship in marketing and communications at temp-rite International Holding B.V. from August 2014 to January 2015. Robert's educational background includes a degree from Avans University of Applied Sciences, earned between 2012 and 2016, and a vwo in Economie en Maatschappij from Markland College, which was completed in 2011.
