Rick Venis is a seasoned professional in the field of VoIP and Unified Communications with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Cisco VoIP and Unified Communications Engineer at Custom Computer Specialists since January 2019, Rick's expertise spans multiple roles, including positions at MorphoTrustâ„¢ USA as a Cisco Unified Communications and UCCX Administrator, and at Verizon as a Cisco VoIP Engineer. Previous experience also includes significant roles at Vistaprint and Datamart, Inc.
