David (Dudi) Lenchner is a Technical Customer Success Manager and Product Specialist at Cust2Mate since May 2021, focusing on enhancing customer experiences in retail settings. Prior to this role, David served at NCR Retail from January 2013 to May 2021, first as the Self Checkout Technical Leader, overseeing the implementation and support of self-checkout solutions in the Israeli market, and later as Technical Team Leader for the R10 Store Suite. David's initial experience at Retalix Limited from January 2005 to December 2012 involved managing key projects such as the "Mobile Scan & Go" for Sainsbury's, as well as various technical and account management roles. David's career began at Burger King Israel, where responsibilities included catalog support and restaurant management. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Nova Southeastern University.
