Marsha Sapino, AAP, currently serves as the Director of Client Engagement at CU*SOUTH, a position held since October 2021. Prior experience includes serving as the Client Service Manager at CU*NorthWest from November 2018 to October 2021 and as the Assistant Manager at AuditLink with CU*Answers from July 2012 to November 2018, where responsibilities included leading a compliance monitoring team and providing expertise on audit-related topics. Marsha began their career at Meijer Credit Union in July 1998, progressing from a teller to various roles, ultimately becoming the Operations Specialist and serving as the BSA and Compliance Officer.
