Elena Soriano is an experienced program manager with a diverse background in social development and capacity building. Currently serving as Program Manager at Cuso International since April 2020, Elena previously held the position of Knowledge Learning Manager at EQWIP HUBs, contributing to youth empowerment projects in multiple countries. Prior roles include leading projects for FUNDES focused on strengthening business capacities and employability in the retail sector, and working with CAF and Right To Play on sports development initiatives in Latin America. Elena has also taught courses at prestigious institutions such as Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru and Universidad de Lima. Elena holds a Master's degree in Local Development and Social Enterprises from Universidad EAFIT and a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.
