Steve Skolnik has worked in a variety of roles in the financial industry. Steve began their career at J.P. Morgan in 2011 as an Investment Professional in the Private Bank and an Analyst in Corporate & Investment Banking - Prime Services. In 2015, they joined TD Securities, where they held the roles of Director, Business Innovation, Vice President, Business Innovation, Vice President, Debt Capital Markets, and Associate, Debt Capital Markets. In 2022, they joined Cushion as the Chief Of Staff.

Steve Skolnik earned their BBA in Finance from the Wisconsin School of Business from 2007 to 2011. In 2010, they also completed a BBA in International Business from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
