McCadie Du Preez currently serves as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Cuscal Limited since November 2021. Prior to this role, McCadie held various HR positions, including People Business Partner at ResMed from October 2016 to June 2021, where efforts focused on developing people solutions to enhance organizational success. Experience also includes serving as an HR Business Partner at BCD Travel, where McCadie integrated HR strategy with business goals, and working at Optus in several HR roles from January 2005 to July 2015, providing strategic support to management and overseeing recruitment processes. McCadie is pursuing a Bachelor of Psychology at the University of South Australia, expected to be completed in June 2021.
