Alexandra Grecu is an experienced professional with a significant background in customer experience and retail management. Currently serving as Head of Servicing, CX Squad Lead, and CX Champion at Curve since December 2018, Alexandra has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction. Previously, as Retail Store Manager at Party Superstores Ltd. from November 2015 to December 2018, responsibilities included profit maximization, store organization, rota planning, and team management, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Alexandra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Academia de Studii Economice din București, obtained between 2012 and 2015.
